Half fit is top ready

stats of the week: run 34 km, indoor cycled 2 h, gym 2 h

Artificial high level training seems to show first impacts. But I am not happy with the mileage. Reason is a light knee problem that keeps me being cautious.

My motto still is "better get half fit to the start line that get injured top fit".
The beer will taste best after the finish.
