stats of the previous week: run 23 km, gym 3 h
No good news as you see. I ignored the muscle problem as long as possible. Until there was no choice. Rest! Ice! Diclofenac! Tape! Infrared radiation! ... no improvement for more than a week. Now I hope to get back on the track this week. Keep fingers crossed.
