Indoor sweating

stats of the week: run 40 km, gym 4 h



Did the same intervals once more but then I had to cancel the scheduled long run due to (hopefully ) minor muscel problems. Luckily I was able to do cautious 14 K on the treadmill instead. Found the treadmill much harder than outdoors. It was a lot of sweating.
